No-Refund Policy
As plants are living organisms, we do not offer cash refunds once an order has been processed. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction and provide a Free Reshipping Guarantee for any issues beyond your control.
Our Free Reshipping Guarantee
If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help! We will reship your order at no extra cost to you in the following cases:
- Courier Issues: If the plant is delayed by the courier and arrives dead (Dead on Arrival).
- Transit Damage: If the package is crushed or the main stem of the plant is broken during transit.
- Lost in Transit: If the courier partner confirms the package is lost.
How to Get a Replacement
If you face any of the issues mentioned above, simply connect with us:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide a clear unboxing video or photographs showing the condition of the plant and the shipping label.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a fresh replacement and ship it to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
What is Not Covered
Since plants need immediate care upon arrival, we cannot offer free reshipping for:
- Minor leaf shedding or slight wilting (these are natural transit stresses; the plant will recover with water and shade).
- Damage caused by keeping the plant inside the box for more than 4 hours after delivery.
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
